I like Winter's post. imo the less we use the word "money" the better... "money" is just one of those words that has become so meaningless and imprecise it's probably best to avoid using it entirely... his use of 'financial asset' to describe these govt accounting operations/transactions seems much more precise to me anyway, is more focused than the term "money".

One of the main problems we face is that govt morons like Ron Paul think the govt doesnt have any of it either!
