We elect representatives so that they will sort through all the important details for us, we should give them the benefit of the doubt when drafting a difficult trade agreement. Every issue could inflame a population somewhere. I'm certain that all the representatives from GE, Boeing, SEIU, Microsoft, Comcast and the rest of the Democrat party supporters that drafted the agreement have done a terrific job providing for the broadest national interests. Surely the other nations involved wouldn't sign on to a bad agreement, would they? New Zealand, Singapore, Chile, Australia, Japan are always defensive of their national interests. China even wants to join in, and I'm certain they have seen the text of the agreement because their spies are some of the best in the world.
