Yes, Alek is worth following. Economics and Empires-3 is an interesting post. I look forward to his take on macro that is to follow. He thinks things through using a systems approach. Not that this makes him correct on everything but it puts him in the ballpark when most others are wandering around the parking lot believing it is the playing field.
