Neil Barofsky: Obama and Geithner made a conscious choice to boost bank profits at the expense of homeowners.

Andy Haldane addressed Occupy, too. When is Occupy going to hear from the Fed or Treasury in the US? And don't make the excuse that Occupy Wall Street was disruptive after the really disruptive riots in London. The only people that were disruptive at Occupy Wall Street were some members of the NYPD, including Commissioner Kelly and Major Bloomberg. (Yes, the buck stops at the top.)
