Hullabaloo? Indeed.

This kind of ludicrous behavior only occurs because they really do think that we really are that dumb. We make fun of pathetic crooks that wear their pants around their knees. 

What about the sophisticated, pathetic crooks that wear their morals and logic BELOW their socially dragging knuckles?

Such ludicrous behavior will keep working, right up until it doesn't.

When that is is YOUR choice.

Until then, there is fraud, Control Fraud, and Policy Fraud.
