Sputnik International — 'Powerful Russian Weapons'? Washington Post Fears Putin’s 'October Surprise'
Washington and its clumsy propaganda machine desperately tries to get a ahead of the shoes set to drop by blaming it on Putin in advance, with no evidence, of course. Are they panicking?
I wonder if they realize they are portraying Putin as the most powerful person on the planet and driving his stock up.

I'll wager that most Americans are not interested in shooting the messenger. They want evidence and won't care who supplies it.
In a significant departure from its policy of not entering into a military agreement with any major power, India has signed an agreement with United States which will allow their militaries to work closely and use each other’s bases for repair and replenishment of supplies
