iphone battery lasts about 3 years. Because you can't replace it, phone after the battery goes is garbage. that really is a piss off considering it's a 1000 dollar phone.

You can have the iPhone battery replaced for $75 at the Apple stores….

Some they can do right there on site in hours but if the battery has been damaged they have to send it to a depot and it might take a day or two to get it back,,,

If you can’t be without your phone for a day then you have to trade it in…

I went from 6 to 8 probably 2 years ago…

I couldn’t leave it for a day or 2 so I traded in the 6 on a new 8 iirc I paid about $375 for the 8 with 6 trade in

They said the 6 battery had swelled a bit so they had to send to a depot… ie couldn’t do it on site….

But it was $75

Reconditioning for Prius battery under $1000 last I checked … gets you back to at least 80% of original…
