Ok so logically how can the guy say here:
"the US Treasury is asking the wrong party. Instead of Toyota, the US Treasury’s inquiry should have started next door at the US State Department"
But, then say here:
"why is the US Treasury just now carrying on with this transparent charade? "
It cant be both ways...

If State was involved, Treasury credited the accounts based on invoices it was sent to pay. They should be able to do a search.
