Now an American economist Arthur Laffer has been appointed as an advisor to the ex-American Minister of Finance of Ukraine Natalie Ann Yaresko.You can't make this stuff up.

Well they are going to have a pretty hard time implementing supply-side when the current problem over there is the lack of supply of certain foreign currencies over which they have no authority...
Laffer s architect of upward predistribution and creating oligarchic "democracy." That's what he is there for. The "reforms" didn't go well enough under Yats.
They have huge USD liabilities over there Tom... the previous admin was loaned $bazillions with gas way over $10.... oil over $100....
So now the commodities have collapsed and the IMF goes in and makes them implement austerity with the goal of increasing the probability of being able to pay the foreign debt...
This is textbook Michael Hudson and Joe Stiglitz 101.... borrow > default > forgive > borrow > default > forgive > borrow....
Looks good when the commodity prices are thru the roof...
So now the supply-siders are sending in Laffer while ignorant of how a true supply-side system operates.... they think its all the same "money" ... ignorant of the specific currency system and forex issues...
Jaresko and Laffer aren't there just for the finance and economics. This is about making Ukraine a US vassal state controlled by an oligarchy in the pocket of the US oligarchy. Because Reaganomics was so successful not economically but politically.
