The neoliberal agenda is "reform."
My question is, what country at what time has ever instituted such a reform program with measurable results? Is there any precedent at all? Any systematic policy-driven transformation of administrative transparency, economic incentives, organizational effectiveness?Actually, when the record is inspected the result of neoliberal "reform" is increasing inequality based on rent extraction, accompanies by dominance of labor by capital and environmental degradation. Duh. What else did anyone expect?
