Moon of Alabama — Syria - How Long Will The New Cessation of Hostilities Hold?

The important point, reported elsewhere, is that POTUS has lost control of the Deep State, which includes the military and intelligence, and the US Secretary of State is being opposed openly by the Secretary of Defense. A strong president would fire one of them. Why Obama replaced Chuck Hagel with Ash Carter is a misery to me. They are polar opposites.

It looks to me like the president is conflicted and cannot make up his mind.

How long will the agreement hold? Not long with the US Deep State opposing it. If it does not hold, this will be the end of Us-Russian relations during the rest of the Obama administration and for the beginning of the Clinton administration if HRC wins the election.
