This is the tenth end of the world for Trump prediction. I predict it's a colossal nothingburger ginned up by hysterical nutjobs on the left.
The electoral college throws the election on CIA propaganda then Obama had better declare martial law and roll out all the layers of security forces that he can muster. I don't know how it would unfold but the anger and frustration that brought DJT will multiply 10x and I don't even want to imagine the bloody mess that would ensue in the years to come. Overturn an election is the equivalent of a coup D etat by the CIA. The party in power refusing to turn over the Whitehouse... I can't imagine Obama wanting to stain his legacy.
Obama may himself be a bit exposed legally if he knew Hilary was operating her own email server for govt work.... tho he might have just seen her as an alias "Hillary" on his device and not seen her actual address....

They are trying to generally discredit the leaks as those leaks are an entree into further civil/criminal investigations....
I'm thinking if they can get the leaks viewed rather as a product of foreign intelligence sources they may be able to get them thrown out.. other wise they are in some trouble.... a bit more than a wrist slap....
Matt, I agree that Obama is likely exposed legally and could potentially be in some very hot water, but you've seen how the deep state protects itself. It would require Trump appointing a special investigator. He's already backed off his promise to prosecute Hilary, so I don't think there's any way he goes after a former president. They'll likely skate.
Yeah it would be like a Sandy Berger type of thing but wouldnt be a pleasant process anyway...
Although if they (RNC, Trump Campaign, DOJ) citing the leaks could subpoena ALL the emails/communications to scour them for more fraud or more involved parties, some more serious stuff might come out...
Trump doesnt want this to be the focus of his Presidency I'd think so he will probably mostly remain above the fray and assign it to RNC/DoJ to litigate and get on to the economy, etc...
I am not so sure. I would not be at all surprised to see Trump look backward instead of forward, like Obama didn't do. But Bush didn't try to destroy Obama either. Obama is trying to destroy Trump. No way Trump lets that go.
Well the one thing he is probably pissed about Tom is all the debate fraud... they all sign contracts about those debates I'd have to think a case could be made the DNC and at least CNN are in breach maybe NBC...

10 year stretch conceivably for anyone in on it .... so that is not tiddly-winks... and who knows who all was in on it you have to get all the emails via subpoena/discovery in the fraud case...
btw Bernie is the dog not barking on this "hack" issue...
They have to get the leaks thrown out ... or at least try....
