This is not a carbon sequestration process. Cleaning up combustion does not eliminate CO2. Those pesky carbon atoms have to go somewhere, and if you don't want them to end up released as a gas, they have to be 'captured' in some fashion.
CH4 + 2O2 = 2H2O + CO2
The above reaction for methane can be extended to other hydrocarbon molecules. You can even use sugar.
In real life there are impurities in the fuel and nitrogen alongside oxygen.

it seems to oxidizes supposedly more potent carbon chains to supposedly less potent CO2
doesn't sequester carbon,
instead, it alters the spectrum of carbon-chain lengths
sort of like QE for greenhouse gases? :(
