Not to beat a dead horse, but I like this article about Reinhardt and Rogoff that take a less defensive analysis than entrenched orthodoxy and show evidence that Rogoff and Reinhardt were just plain wrong. The article is muddled by orthodox views but still admits the data doesn't support the orthodoxy. Higher debt more often than not leads to higher growth. MMT could have told them!
