Why Won't the Federal Reserve & Treasury Establish an Insider Threat Program Too?

To protect us from absolute frauds like Robert Rubin & Larry Summers - not to mention the long list from Alan Greenspan all the way back to his previous employer Charles Keating, and the Keating-5? Instead, just pull a TARP over it all?

Army Establishes Insider Threat Program?

As usual, the DoD is way ahead of other public agencies, and setting examples for others to follow. In contrast, the best our present Congress can do is protect Bowles & Simpson's misnamed "Insider Teat Program" designed to protect Corporate Welfare. Talk about a fraud in creep's clothing!

Okay, if we're gonna talk faux modesty here, which threat was responsible for 3 recessions since 1999, including both the largest loss AND TRANSFER of GDP in our history? While we're at it, why hasn't our electorate establish an insider threat program, and used it to remove all the frauds, crooks & bozos from Congress, SCOTUS & POTUS ... or keep 'em from getting there in the 1st place?

All it would require would be a bit of virtual exercise of the space between ears. Don't tell me there's an insider threat program keeping anything significant from penetrating that space too? Code named "Heritage Foundation?" That would explain a lot. [Or is it "No Child Left Behind?" There are redundant "reduncencies," you know.]

Consider us already amply warned. Our own cross-talk constitutes a citizen's insider threat program. Next step is to start listening to our own warnings?

With that step under our belts, rather than tripping ourselves, we could actually turn to some emerging Operational Opportunity Programs? Wow. That sounds novel, fun and enticing. Actually looking forward to an OOPs program? You wish!
