Senator Manchin, in threat to Biden agenda, opposes reconciliation, backs filibuster


Without trashing the filibuster it would most likely mean we would be waiting until at least the beginning of the next FY for any more stimmy... perhaps unless there is another crisis that develops...

Reconciliation seems to still be possible but looks like it would have to closer to the start of next FY.... so this is a schedule issue...
