Lew has moved up the deadline to November 3rd which is now only 10 statement-days away; we are getting very close.

I'm already watching the worldwide economic crunch come, Matt.
If it weren't because it will create real pain and suffering this would be interesting to see go through. Forcing this situation will force out-of-the-box thinking and require dropping some cognitive biases re. the current monetary system or face a dangerous situation for the current system. (finish up the current little left parts of "democracy" and replacing the political system with something else entirely).
Exhaustion of place-holding fixes is good, will force up the situation. Unfortunately this will result in indirect and direct deaths and health issues, but is just a few more murders added to the headcount of the treacherous murderers in charge.
Looks like the Obama admin has decided that if the GOP wants to treat the debt ceiling as a political football, the administration will get out in front of them on it. Crunch time in Congress.
Who is going to blink? Anyone?
Lame ducks don't blink?

Landlords teaming up with Big Business? What could possibly go wrong?
