Like I've been sayin' about police militarization under DHS coordination in the US. The reaction of the NYPD to OWS proved it and if there were any doubt, the many similar incidents across the US, particularly in Oakland, that were coordinated by DHS replicated it.
Yes, they are digging in and preparing for revolt. Wait until the next recession without an intervening recovery.
