SpaceX's unmanned Starship prototype rocket exploded on its return landing following a test flight

 

Nobody there is going to attempt to initiate a dialogue starting with the thesis that they should just do the same thing and try it again...

If there were then that moron person(s) would be disappeared from the team pronto...

Instead all of the competent/qualified people doing this work will make an adjustment and correction and then attempt it again...

This is a great point.

The test didn't work. It didn't produce the desired results. They will go back and examine, reassess, and make changes.

Only the idiotic morons in economics will double down on failed policies and paradigms.
