Well, that's one way of dealing with youth employment and funding education. The Chinese leadership doesn't seem to think that China is running out of money.

I sometimes think it would be better for the Job Guarantee to be rooted in the military than the "trying to help" (e.g. social care.)

The US is not far behind in offering jobs for youths. As a percentage of the population, it is higher than China's.
