Adelson is also widely believed to have had a hand in personnel changes in the White House. He has used his money and influence to advance the careers of United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley, National Security Advisor John Bolton, and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo while also arranging the removal of H.R. McMaster and Rex Tillerson for “being anti-Israeli” and not sufficiently willing to go to war with Iran. Defense Secretary James Mattis, the only actual adult remaining in the room when foreign policy is discussed, is believed to be the next target for removal.
How does Adelson do it? Money talks. He is worth an estimated $35 billion. His fortune came from casinos both in the US and in China, which some might consider to be promotion of vice. To buy and maintain the Republican support for right wing Zionist policies he has donated what is for him pocket change, $55 million so far this year in support of GOP candidates in the Midterm elections. In 2016, he gave large sums to the Trump campaign and to other Republicans, donating $35 million to the former and $55 million to two top Republican PACs — the Congressional Leadership Fund and the Senate Leadership Fund.
In America’s corrupt political culture, a monster like Sheldon Adelson can buy both a White House and Congress on behalf of a foreign government for a paltry $150 million or so. It is a reasonable investment for him given his views, as through him Israel is able to control a large slice of American foreign policy while also receiving billions of dollars each year from the US Treasury. And for those who think it would be different if the Democrats were in charge, think again. The Democrats have their own Adelson. His name is Haim Saban, an Israeli-American media magnate who has said he is a “one issue guy and my issue is Israel.” He is also the largest individual contributor to the Democratic Party.

Nikki Crazy says the things she says because she genuinely believes them, not because she fears the toothless Israel lobby. Same with Rumsfeld, Cheney, Clinton, Pelosi and all the rest of them. Israel has about as much power in the world as Italy or Spain. It has nukes, but Italy and Spain could have them if they so chose. On 13 Sep 2017 Bernie Sanders introduced S.804: the Medicare for All Act. The bill has 16 co-sponsors in the US Senate, all Democrats.
On 24 Jan 2017 Rep. John Conyers introduced an equivalent bill in the US House (H.R. 676). It has 123 co-sponsors, all Democrats.
Republicans, neoliberal Democrats, corporate media outlets, and myriad bloggers claim that the U.S. government “has no money” for Universal Medicare and that the bill would require tax increases of at least $32 trillion.
All lies. The U.S. government can create infinite money out of thin air.
As the November mid-term Congressional elections approach, the National Republican Campaign Committee is running more and more commercials attacking freshman Democrat candidates who support Universal Medicare whether they support it or not.
EXAMPLE: “Under the health-care plan Xochitl Torres Small supports, employer-based health coverage would be eliminated, forcing everyone into a massive government-run system, putting Washington bureaucrats in charge.”
EXAMPLE: “Elaine Slotkin’s plan is to take most everything we have and give it away. We paid into this system. Why would she want to take this away from us?”
EXAMPLE: “Anthony Brindisi wants to make everyone eligible for Medicare, and that’s a $32 trillion budget buster. Brindisi’s plan would end Medicare as we know it.”
EXAMPLE: “Elaine Luria has quietly committed to step toward a big-government takeover of health care. It would cost $32 trillion. It could double the amount of taxes every individual and business pays, ending Medicare as we know it.”
[Ending “Medicare as we know it” means that Medicare would no longer be only for retirees.]
Republicans (and neoliberal Democrats) oppose Universal Medicare because they work for the private insurance giants.
What depresses me is how many average Americans oppose having affordable health care. They believe all the lies -- e.g. “Universal Medicare would be a total government takeover of health care.” (With Universal Medicare, private companies would continue to own and operate health care facilities, but the U.S. government would pay for it.)
People this stupid deserve to be impoverished and enslaved.

I need more convincing. I don’t believe the Israel lobby is toothless, and I suspect that the above creeps knowingly tell lies to keep their jobs. For example, after the 9-11 false flag, Rumsfeld claimed on national TV that Osama Bin Laden had built gigantic subterranean fortresses throughout the world, each with its own power plant, its own ballistic missile production plant, dormitories, and so on. Do you really think Rumsfeld believed that lie when he told it? I don’t. Being paid to lie is not the same as believing the lies.

Again I need more convincing. It seems to me that many people scream “hyper-inflation!” because they hate the idea of poor people getting government help. They hate the idea of anyone but themselves (and the rich) getting government help. Hence they scream “Zimbabwe!”

I don't follow you. Israel enjoys unconditional support from the entire West. This makes Israel powerful. Italy and Spain do not have unconditional support.

Unlike many people, I do not see Israel as in control of Washington. To me, Israel and Washington seem like one and the same evil entity, with neither being the boss of the other. To me it is a symbiosis of evil.
