Hi Alex, could your economics be used in a socialist system? Do you care about there being a pubic social safety net in case things go horribly wrong?
Stephanie Kelton says all governments set a budget and then have to deficit spend and then hope to get enough taxes back. As they have no idea in advance how much they will get back in taxes all governments end up with a deficit of some sort. If the government doesn't issue the money to start with, how will they collect it back in taxes? They can't just tax people and then pay for the public services because the public wouldn't have any money, only wheat, corn, things they have made, but no cash.
Your very passionate about stopping the oligarchy from gaining power, so I find your economics interesting.
