Trump has some sort of a point in that most Iraqis think Iraq has improved as a result of the removal of Saddam Hussein, not that I backed the Iraq war, or most of the other ham-fisted interferences in the Middle East by the West and Russia.

OPEC+ just said they want to cut about 2M bpd and Iran does about 4 so maybe bomb Iran out and then Saudi can add 1 and Russia and maybe US can add 1 between... would solve OPECs problem...

Maybe when Iran bombed Saudi oil a while back it was considered a big affront to OPEC+... iow Iran (OPEC) hits Saudi (OPEC) without authorization from the other OPEC members...

So the decision was made among OPEC+ to take Iran out...

So Trump whacks the General to illicit a direct response from Iran then the response to that takes out Iran...

OPEC+ gets the production cuts they want and Trump gets more US oil export potential and one less OPEC member...

Win-Win...

“Maybe when Iran bombed Saudi oil a while back”

No proof of that. An investigation of that incident showed just that.

How do you go to an OPEC meeting and have Saudi sit at the high table with Iran who just bombed Saudi? Then have a productive meeting?

I dont see it... maybe OPEC has looked at it as Iran stepped over the line with that... now they are out...

Or maybe Iran blamed Salami as rogue so they gave him up and now want back at the table...

Hard to tell what is really going on...

We just need to gtf outa there and let them all kill each other... should have never went in should have just ramped up domestic production right away post 9/11 as a major policy...

This is what has happened anyway just took 20 years when could have happened in 5...

No proof of that. International investigation concluded that.
