How a shifting political landscape may fuel a new economic supercycle — Steve Goldstein

Generally a very positive article. The author notes that MMT has gotten everything right while the others have gotten it all wrong.

But for this.
The problem with MMT is that it might not work when inflation takes hold and interest rates pick up, says Perkins.
Apparently this person is unaware of the MMT approach to inflation and price stability.

Now that the issue has largely shifted from fiscal sustainability to inflation as a policy constraint, the next popular book on MMT following The Deficit Myth needs to be an accessible explanation of the MMT approach to price stability and its way of dealing with inflationary pressure when it rises to point that requires addressing by policy.
