Tucker Carlson of Fox News hosts US Russian expert and Professor Emeritus Stephen F. Cohen, who is a contributor to The Nation. He is married to The Nation's publisher, Katrina vanden Heuvel.
We are unlikely to see him on the Rachel Maddow Show at MSNBC, where one would expect a liberal.
It's turning into a topsy-turvy world.

“Earlier in the day, Trump drew bipartisan criticism for questioning the conclusion of U.S. intelligence that Russia hacked the DNC's emails in 2016…”
What exactly does Fox News mean by “U.S. intelligence”?
Where is this “conclusion” from “US intelligence”? Can we read it?
Where is the proof that Russia “hacked” the DNCs emails?
What exactly did Russia allegedly obtain via this alleged “hacking”?
Where is the proof that Russia’s alleged “hacking” cost Hillary the election?
Why does everyone assume that U.S. “intelligence” agencies are truthful, where everyone knows that they lie?
Failure to answer (or even ask) these questions causes Russia derangement syndrome.
This shows the degree of control by the US deep state through the media, pundits, talking heads, and politicians, in addition to those that are actually agents of the deeps state, some under very thin cover.
This is what Trump means by "fake news." And he is right about this.
