"They own it. They control it," Sen. Bill Cassidy of Louisiana told Insider on Monday. "They got control of the White House, they got control of the Senate, they got control of the House. They don't need our help."

Does BOE have a standing permanent repo facility like US is proposing?
It's the Debt Management office that offers the Special and Standing Repo service in conjunction with the BoE.
