American warmongers need not worry about this. They could launch missiles at Russia, and claim that the missiles were Israeli. That way the Russians would not defend themselves.

There are credible rumors that Trump’s “withdrawal” from Syria and Afghanistan is actually a plan to give the wars to Trump’s personal friend Erik Prince and his private army known as “Academi” (formerly Xe Services, formerly Blackwater).
Erik Prince (brother of Education Secretary Betsy DeVos) has been pushing for this privatization since Trump was elected. Private mercenaries are unaccountable, and are generally not followed by the corporate news outlets.
